I looked at over 30 private rooms in  Chicago and nothing is as beautiful as the Vault.  The pictures are beautiful on the website, but once you see the room  in person you will see why it is the perfect venue for a private party

 We had a fantastic wedding and really want to thank you both and the staff that worked that night for making us feel so welcome and for being so attentive.  We absolutely loved getting married in the main restaurant and our guests really commented on how beautiful and intimate the venue was.  Your private dining room upstairs was the perfect place for our reception and we so appreciate you setting up one last table so that a group of our guests could sit together rather than having to split up.

Diego, you and the team there that night were incredibly helpful and I know that the wedding party so appreciated your help with all of the little things (understanding the sound system, getting glasses of milk for the flower girls, moving the chairs back a bit and everything else that you did).  I felt so relaxed and at ease when I arrived at the restaurant as I knew we were in good hands.

The guests all loved their meals and we kept hearing from everyone what a great time they were having.  I have been telling everyone about our experience and will highly recommend Vivo for smaller weddings, rehearsal dinners and other private events.

 We really appreciate the kindness and professionalism from everyone at Vivo.  We look forward to seeing you for dinner again soon!

Hi Ryan!!

Sorry that it has been so long since you wrote us!! We were out for awhile :)
Anyways, WOW, everything was absolutely fabulous on January 20th. Especially with the insane weather that day, your staff didn't skip a beat! We surprised Diego by arriving early to decorate but he jumped to and was extremely helpful. We were happy that we had the turn out that we did and we received rave reviews about the food, service and space. Christina did a fabulous job bar-tending and tending to guests requests and helped keep the volume of music adjusted, Please pass on a huge thank you to her!!!!
We don't know where the valet was able to put all the cars but they were great and very friendly as well. I lost my phone that night and I had thought I left it behind. Diego went beyond being helpful by making inquiries to all staff and cleaning crew. Unfortunately it was found by someone in the parking garage who didn't return it. But anyways the assistance in trying to find it was very nice. A big thank you to you as well for helping coordinate everything and and responding quickly to any questions we had. Some of my family members had dinner at Vivo before the party and they did say how delicious the cuisine was and how attentive the staff. Thank you to all for making us feel so welcome and helping us with our celebration. We will be coming for dinner and definitely back next year for our anniversary.

I was meaning to send a note today, so I’m glad you asked.   Everything went extremely well and it was one of the most well run dinners that I’ve hosted.   The room is great and the service was top of the line.  Laura (or Lauren?) and her assistant did a fantastic job of making sure that everything ran smoothly, from timing the dinner to helping the authors move from table to table.     Thank you!
